Part-Time Nanny/Babysitter Needed

In search of a reliable, recommended babysitter who can watch our baby boy in the afternoons on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays starting sometime in the fall as I go back to teaching part-time. Our family lives in Arlington and could have the babysitter come to our home or could possibly drop off at a babysitter's house if in Arlington or in Alexandria (near my work).
