My condo is situated in a beautiful neighborhood, surrounded by trees and walking paths. The condo association has 3 pools, multiple tennis and basketball courts, and a small gym available for you to use. My condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private entrance (feels more like a townhouse - no large condo building). Pictures available upon request!
Location: The condo is a short walk into Shirlington Village and very close to the W&OD bike trail. It is right off 395, and only a 10 minute drive to Pentagon City, Crystal City, Potomac Yard, Old Town, Clarendon, and Ballston. In about 15 minutes, you can be in downtown DC or Falls Church. There is plenty of free parking in front of the unit.
