Rooms Available in CF Home Near Courthouse Metro

T hree rooms are available in a Christian women’s household (late 20s to early 30s) located just a few blocks from the Courthouse Metro in Arlington. This Cape Cod-style home sits in a quiet neighborhood along the Custis Trail, with convenient access to I-66 and a variety of shops, restaurants, and amenities in Courthouse and Clarendon within walking distance. Room 1 is located on the main floor and shares a bathroom with one other housemate. Room 2 is also located on the main floor and shares the same bathroom as Room 1. Room 3 is located on the second floor and shares a bathroom with the current upstairs tenant. The house has a quiet, cozy atmosphere, and we occasionally enjoy having friends over for movie nights, crafting nights, and game nights, while also respecting one another’s schedules and personal space. Seeking Christian Nanny

We attend TFCA and are in the market for a live-out nanny to assist with child-care for an infant. Ideally, we'd like someone who would start part-time (3-4 hours, 2-3 days a week) in August and transition to full-time (I.e., Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.30 pm) in December. We are looking for a practicing Christian, who is a non-smoker, has their own transportation, and is willing to be paid on the books. We'd love to have someone who's worked with a family at TFCA that's perhaps transitioning out of needing childcare.
