CM Seeking NoVA Basement or Spare Room to Rent starting April

I am a 41yo male member of TFCA and military officer who is seeking a basement apartment or spare room in the NoVA area to rent with move-in in April. Budget is $800-1200/mo, depending on setup and space available. Clean, respectful, quiet, helpful, and always pay in a timely manner. Prefer separate entrance/own kitchen for autonomy, but absolutely willing to occupy a spare bedroom in the house and share common spaces either with live-in landlord(s)/family or other male housemates. One year housing needed

A friend of a TFCA parishioner will be attending the War College in DC for one year beginning this summer. Clayton is a Lt. Col. in the Marines, married with 4 kids, but for this year long assignment, it’ll be just him needing accommodations - mature and responsible. Handicapped TFCA female parishioner needs household aide.  Possible responsibilities would include laundry, light housekeeping, meal prep, and other household duties. Paid In-Home-Support / Companion Care worker

Caregiver/companion needed to help a TFCA family.  Our 14-year-old adopted son with an intellectual disability, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, & PTSD needs companion care.  Typical activities would include going on casual outings to the mall or community center, playing sports, and engaging in art projects.  This position is paid through 1st Americare & we can supplement depending on level of skill.
