Large bedroom and bath in charming North Arlington home available for reduced rent in exchange for 6 to 8 hours of help bi-weekly with our young adult special needs son. Home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that currently has two young, Christian professionals living there also. We are seeking a Christian male who would be interested in renting at a reduced rate in exchange for help. Individual needs to be kind, reliable, flexible and willing to make at least a 6-month commitment. We have a great team of young people who love to be with our son, and you would be part of that team. We live next door to this house so it's very easy logistics. Five Christian women in their mid to late 20's who are working professionals are seeking to rent a house in Arlington starting on July 31. Budget is flexible but hoping to stay in the range of $6,000/month. We've been happily renting a home in the Courthouse neighborhood of Arlington but the landlord is now moving back into the home.
