TFCA Needs & Blessings

I am a 41yo male member of TFCA and military officer who is seeking a basement apartment or spare room in the NoVA area to rent with move-in in April. Budget is $800-1200/mo, depending on setup and space available. Clean, respectful, quiet, helpful, and always pay in a timely manner. Prefer separate entrance/own kitchen for autonomy, but absolutely willing to occupy a spare bedroom in the house and share common spaces either with live-in landlord(s)/family or other male housemates. A friend of a TFCA parishioner will be attending the War College in DC for one year beginning this summer. Clayton is a Lt. Col. in the Marines, married with 4 kids, but for this year long assignment, it’ll be just him needing accommodations - mature and responsible.
