We’re two young professional Christian guys in an Arlington 4bd/3.5bath, 3,000 sq/foot house looking for two clean and conscientious roommates for a move-in of December 1st. The first room is in the finished basement, with a private bath and entrance. Rent, without utilities/internet, is $1,300/month. The second room is on the second floor and shares a bathroom with one other roommate. Rent is $950/month.

Utilities / Internet / electric averages to ~$100/month each.
