House in Annandale Searching for CF Roommates

I am a single Christian female who lives in a single-family house with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms in a quiet cul-de-sac in Annandale, VA. I am looking to share my home with 1-2 other Christian females with whom to do "life together" in Christ as we prayerfully encourage one another towards Jesus and open up our home for hospitality and ministry purposes. Former roommates and I used to intentionally pray together, regularly share what God is teaching us, do communal brunches and dinners, do HIIT workouts, go for prayer walks, etc.

There are two rooms available.

One bedroom is ~29x12 square feet with a private entrance and many windows. Rent is $1,250 / mo. plus utilities.

The second bedroom is ~10x9 square feet with a window. Rent is $950 / mo. plus utilities.

A year lease is preferred, but I am flexible and open to other arrangements. There is plenty of car parking on the long driveway and/or within the cul-de-sac. Verizon Fios internet is available throughout the home. Washer and dryer are in the basement. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
