Open Position with Mosaic Pregnancy Center

 Mosaic Pregnancy Center is hiring for the following positions:

Mosaic House Advocate - As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, the Mosaic House Advocate/Care Coordinator will serve as an integral part of the Mosaic House team, promoting a positive impression of Mosaic House and Mosaic Virginia. The ideal candidate will assist with all aspects of residential operations and delivery of programs in accordance with Mosaic’s principles, policies, and procedures. This position requires flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. This is a Part-Time position, based at our Mosaic House residential facility.

Client Advocate - As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, the Client Advocate Advocate/Care Coordinator will serve in a non-licensed advocacy capacity providing one-to-one lay counseling and support services and referrals to clients of Mosaic Virginia. The ideal candidate will administer and assist with all aspects of client services care, including delivery of programs in accordance with Mosaic’s principles, policies, and procedures. This is a Part-Time position which will serve at one or more of our 4 locations in Lansdowne, Herndon, Fairfax or Alexandria.

Staff Nurse – As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, the Staff Nurse will perform pregnancy tests and ultrasounds to confirm a pregnancy and accurately date gestation. In addition, this position provides testing and treatment of sexually transmitted infections. Mosaic provides all necessary training for all medical services and education, including certification in ultrasound. We have 2 positions, one Full-Time and one Part-Time based primarily at one or more of our 4 locations in Fairfax, Alexandria, Herndon, and Lansdowne.

Men’s Ministry Program Leader – As an ambassador for Jesus Christ, the Men’s Ministry Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Men’s Ministry program which include supervising and managing the Men’s Medical Advocating program (mMAP), male Genesis Parental Support (mGPS) program, client advocate outreach recruiting and training, strategic planning for the ministry, and supporting Mosaic Virginia’s staff, volunteers and clients. This is a Part-Time position offering flexible work hours.

Finance Manager – As an ambassador for Jesus Christ, the Finance Manager will have a record of success in nonprofit financial management and will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and financial reporting to ensure compliance with accounting principles and best practices. This role is essential in supporting the overall financial operations of the organization and requires strong proficiency in accounting best practices and accounting software including Quickbooks Online. This is a Full-Time position based at our main office location in Lansdowne.

Volunteer Coordinator – As an ambassador for Jesus, Christ, the Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for responding to inquiries and contacts from church and community partners by conducting prospect interviews, scheduling tours, processing paperwork, and coordinating placement with assignment supervisors. This role acts as the primary liaison between volunteers and staff, ensuring proper onboarding, and placement based on skills and interests with follow up. This is a Part-Time position offering a flexible schedule.
