Three rooms are available in a Christian women’s household (late 20s to early 30s) located just a few blocks from the Courthouse Metro in Arlington. This Cape Cod-style home sits in a quiet neighborhood along the Custis Trail, with convenient access to I-66 and a variety of shops, restaurants, and amenities in Courthouse and Clarendon within walking distance.

Room 1 is located on the main floor and shares a bathroom with one other housemate.
Room 2 is also located on the main floor and shares the same bathroom as Room 1.
Room 3 is located on the second floor and shares a bathroom with the current upstairs tenant.

The house has a quiet, cozy atmosphere, and we occasionally enjoy having friends over for movie nights, crafting nights, and game nights, while also respecting one another’s schedules and personal space.

I'm looking for roommates who share Christian values and appreciate a balance of community, hospitality, and personal space. We strive to create a home where people communicate openly, treat one another thoughtfully, and share responsibility for maintaining common areas.

The home features a fully fenced backyard with a brick paver patio, providing a great space to relax outdoors, host friends, or enjoy a summer barbecue.

Monthly Rent (assuming four residents in the home):
Room 1: $1,125
Room 2: $1,175
Room 3: $1,275

Lawn care and pest control are included in the rent. Utilities average approximately $150 per person each month.
