Seeking inexpensive housing for young woman from refugee care program

I'm seeking a living situation for a 22-year-old woman who was previously helped by TFCA's refugee care ministry. She needs somewhere that's a reasonable commute to Dulles Airport, with a maximum rent of $750 per month starting September 5th. She's open to long- or short-term opportunities, sharing a room, or any arrangement that would provide a safe and affordable place to live.
